History
All started in 2016 where one opportunity lead to another opportunity. there was no conscious effort or force to create this platform for the globe . felt lot of teachings are misleading and guiding the one into false understanding of this essence so one has to take these steps to protect the value, culture , tradition so one becomes grounded to the roots again .
we are based in Rishikesh currently and functions mostly from here . being the world yoga capital gives better ground to practice and preach. we always open for new ideas and workshops or collaborating regarding bring the Wellness around the Surroundings

Kundalini yoga taught as a classical tradition of practices. Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses.
Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine.
As Kundalini yoga awakens this energy, it’s supposed to enhance your awareness and help you move past your ego. Sometimes, the practice is also called “yoga of awareness.”

Kundalini yoga vidya program is for 7 ,15 ,21 days of training and diving deep into channelise your energy in order to take you further into the practice for daily life.
The teachings include of prana, kriya, asana, dhayana, nada daily classes

SOUND AS THERAPY
A sound therapy treatment is both a passive and participatory experience. The passive aspect is that you become more relaxed by laying down and slowing your breath. By doing this, you prepare yourself to become the receiver of sound. It's in this place of stillness that you participate by becoming more open and aware of each sound that comes in. Sound helps create the pathway to this place of stillness the same as a mantra helps you to arrive at the still point of meditation.
Some of the tools I use are voice, drumming, tuning forks and Himalayan singing bowls. It's important to note that awareness plays a huge role in our own healing. I find that vocal toning is an incredibly powerful practice that gives us the ability to fine-tune our greatest vibrational instrument: our own body. I always encourage clients to incorporate simple, but effective breathing exercises and vocal toning exercises in their daily routine, to help bring a greater sense of balance into their lives.

Some people use the bowls in combination with other healing practices, such as meditation and deep breathing Many proponents claim that the vibrations of a singing bowl can produce beneficial changes in the body by reducing ​stress, "harmonizing" the cells, and "balancing the body's energy system. Tibetan singing bowls can stimulate the immune system and produce beneficial changes.

ABOUT SINGING BOWL
  • Singing bowls are actually a type of bell known as a “standing bell.” The bowls are played either by rubbing a mallet around the rim (as one might play a crystal glass with your finger), or striking the side of the bowl with the mallet. The two playing methods produce quite distinctive sounds.
  • Though they are often referred to as Tibetan Singing Bowls, they are more accurately called Himalayan Bowls, as they are present throughout the Himalayan regions of Tibet, Nepal, India and Nepal. They can also be found in various manifestations in Japan, Korea, China and Mongolia.
  • Today, singing bowls are used to aid meditation, religious practice, relaxation and healthcare.
  • When used in sound healing, singing bowls are sometimes referred to as healing bowls or chakra bowls. In sound healing, or “sound massage,” the bowls are played around and sometimes placed on the body of the receiver of the treatment. The practitioner uses the resonance of the bowls’ harmonic vibrations within the human body for balancing and relaxation. Some sound healers seek to activate or balance the body’s chakras, or energy centers.
  • The “singing” sound is remarkable, a powerful, long-lasting harmonic hum that can be both invigorating and calming at the same time.

DIDGERIDOO
Didgeridoo is usually played sitting down because they are so long. It is played with continuously vibrating lips to make the drone while using a special way of breathing called circular breathing. This means a player breathes in through the nose at the same time as pushing air out of the mouth. A skilled player can refill the air in their lungs. With practice, the player can keep a note playing for as long as desired.
The rhythm of the circular breathing, gives the instrument its readily recognizable sound. Other changes in the didgeridoo's sound can be made by adding vocal sounds to the drone. Most of the sounds are related to the sounds of Australian animals, such as the dingo or the kookaburra.

There are four major modules in the Complete Didgeridoo for Everyone course, and each major module can be explored on its own or in sequence. I recommend starting at the beginning to make sure you don't miss anything, but the journey is up to you!

Module 1 - Fundamentals - history and context, didgeridoo anatomy, the basic drone/lip buzz, tuning up the drone, making interesting sounds, starter rhythms, and more

Module 2 - Circular Breathing - circular breathing inside and out, throat/mouth anatomy, healing sleep apnea, smooth sound, effects like the wobble and bounce breath, basic rhythms, and more

Module 3 - Rhythm and Breath - using circular breathing in more rhythms, how to create interesting rhythms, rhythmic inspiration, more complex sounds & combinations, and more

Module 4 - Advanced Sounds and Techniques - a wide range of more complex techniques, tons of fun rhythms, the toot, the in-breath toot, taking your playing to the next level, and more

How to use the didgeridoo for Healing
There are several aspects and possibilities to the use of the didgeridoo in sound healing:

  • The effects on the didgeridoo player
  • The effects on people listening to a didgeridoo
  • Playing the didgeridoo with it's end being held by the recipient
  • Moving the didgeridoo over the body of the recipient while playing
  • The effects on the didgeridoo player

Much of the benefits of playing the didj is probably due to circular breathing as well as simply breathing more than usual. In order to play didgeridoo one has to breathe a lot. The more you breathe the better your didj playing gets. Since most people normally breathe very shallow the extra amount of air circulating through the lungs in itself is beneficial.
There is no doubt that breathing is one of the most important aspects to our health.
We also use breath to control our emotions - when we are scared we breathe in but we hold that breath and do not let it out. We do the same if we experience pain or anger and do not want to show those emotions. We control our emotions by controlling and holding our breath in.
This is how those emotions become locked up in our bodies and eventually lead to dis-ease. In today's society we are actually encouraged by social norms to suppress our emotions which makes the situation worse.
Playing the didgeridoo forces the player to push air out of the lungs - a reversal of the un-healthy pattern described above.
If you play the didgeridoo for longer than half an hour, you are likely to go into a trance like state. It is as if your brainwaves go into alpha state. Most people report becoming very relaxed and yet very aware, feeling at rest and yet being energised.
