​We give daily yoga classes for groups or in private.
these sessions are completely based on the  understanding given in limited time and capability 
  • classical hatha yoga : traditional approach of knowledge
  • kundalini yoga:classical and tantric 
  • vinyasa yoga : a dynamic flow of various asana syncing with breath
  • ashtanga yoga, 
  • yin yoga and 
  • yoga nidra . 
  • classes of pranayama(breathing practices), dharana and dhyana (intense focus and meditation practices). 
  • philosophy classes. Anyone can attend these classes. 
  • We will adjust the practices depending on the experience of each person.

Make sure you tell us before class if you have any injuries, so we can ajust the postures accordingly.
Come to class with empty stomach and wear confortable clothes. We provide yoga mats if needed.
